Social Features

Using Social Features you can easily add social interaction to your BrandPortal. Get users involved with your content like guidelines or mediabank assets, answer questions and let users interact with each other.

Discuss, tag and interact

Social Features will make your users visible and allows them to have brand, page or asset related discussions. Users can hashtag specific assets to post messages about specific content, involve other users in discussions by '@dding' and reply on other users previous messages.

You have full control

You decide what content have discussion features enabled, which users are allowed to post and even see messages. This way you can e.g. only allow discussion for your colleagues and selected user groups but not for your agencies or other third parties; they just won't see each other. Brand Managers can be notified when new comments are posted and what is off-topic can of course be hidden or deleted.
